PARTICIPANTS INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The participation may be with a paper with a recommended lenght of up to 8 standard pages or just as a conference attendance.
  2. Working languages: Bulgarian, English.
  3. The papers could be sent to the editorial board in Bulgarian and English;
  4. The paper abstracts should be presented until 10.03.2018 using the webpage of Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy or using the conference е-mail address: conference.tech@nvna.eu
  5. Abstracts review and acceptance – till 15.03.2018.
  6. Application blank submission – electronically, together with a copy of the payment document – till 30.03.2018
  7. The full papers should be submitted by 10.04.2018 by e-mail, together with the thematic section concerned and the names of all author(s)
  8. The Application, the paper abstract and full paper should be sent on e-mail: conference.tech@nvna.eu or using the conference website http://www.naval-acad.bg/conference/
  9. Each individual participant (on his own or in co-authorship) may participate with up to two papers and each institution – with up to five papers.
    The approved abstracts will be included in the conference agenda. Papers that have been successfully reviewed will be included in the Maritime Science Forum Journal indexed in РИНЦ (eLIBRARY.ru).
    The papers should correspond to the announced thematic sections of the conference, and the formating should be in accordance with the technical requirements. The model is web attached. The decision to publish the papers in the Maritime Science Forum Edition is taken by the Scientific Committee.
  1. Fee for participation: The registration fee is BGN 50. The participation of PhD students, post-graduates and post-doctoral scientists from Nikola Vapsarov Naval Academy will be funded under the EU Project BG05М2ОP001-2.009-0037-С01 “Support for the development of PhD students, post-doctoral students, young scientists and teachers”
