General Sponsorship

1. All Bulgarian or foreign companies are invited to join the general sponsorship program.
2. Sponsorship is divided into three plans: bronze, silver and gold. In each plan has a distinct minimum amount, there is no established maximum one..
3. Every sponsor depending on the chosen plan will get the opportunity to have a
- Bronze sponsor – Min. amount to 1000 leva
- Banner and companies information page on the web page of the conference
- Logo / small / and caption of advertising materials
- one page with the companies logo and information in the conference book /w/o first or last/
- Companies stand at the conference venue – one place
- report in desired thematic area/panel
- Silver sponsor – Min. amount to 2000 leva
- Banner and companies information page on the web page of the conference
- Two pages with the companies logo and information in the conference book /w/o first or last/
- Companies stand at the conference venue – two places
- report in desired thematic area/panel
- Logo / medium/ and caption of advertising materials
- Gold sponsor – Min. amount to 4000 leva
- Banner and companies information page on the web page of the conference
- Three pages with the companies logo and information in the conference book /from 2 to 5/
- Companies stand at the conference venue – two places /under negotiation/
- Logo / large/ and caption of advertising materials

4. The materials are supposed to be submitted by the partners and general sponsors in pdf-form (colored), Microsoft Word 2007 or higher version, A4 (210×297 mm), page setup- left 20 mm, right 20 mm, up 20 mm, bottom 25 mm. Without framing, Times New Roman, 12. Upon presentation of images / logos to be used in vector format type .ai or .cdr, all texts being converted to curves and used mode CMYK. In providing images for illustrative purposes must be submitted as jpeg format file or tiff with the following parameters: size better than 2000х1500 pixels and 300dpi mode and use CMYK.
5. The Organization Committee of the conference does not bear any responsibility and has not any claim on the copyrights of the materials.
6. The Organization Committee has the right to remove or not to release materials which content is in contradiction to the Bulgarian and EU legislative and ethical norms.
7. Any questions about the materials and stands shall be coordinated with the POC LTJG Stanislava Stefanova.
8. The materials shall be submitted with attached copy of the receipt for fee payment at offshore@nvna.eu.
The amounts shall be paid by bank transfer or at the Naval Academy.
