IFP’s free MOOC*
“Energy Transition: Innovation Towards a Low-Carbon Future”, supported by Total Foundation
Total E&P Bulgaria promotes free high-quality education possibilities since 2015. Back then 15 Bulgarian participated in the first IFP’s MOOC* “Oil & Gas: from Exploration to Production”.
In 2019, when IFP** launched the new MOOC “Energy Transition: Innovation Towards a Low-Carbon Future”, more than 25 000 students and professionals from 130 countries signed up for the training and 20% obtained certificates.
As of 27th January 2020, the new free session of “Energy Transition: Innovation Towards a Low-Carbon Future” will start. University students, professionals and anyone else looking to understand energy transition issues are the target audience.
The format is a 5-weeks course of 2 to 3 hours per week (including an introductory week). It offers 5 modules, short videos, educational summaries, a chatting platform, mini-games with subtitles in English, French and Spanish.
Total Foundation’s support is in line with its commitment to Youth Inclusion and Education.
