Course provides VTS operators with knowledge and skills they need to be able to:

• Organize and manage vessel traffic in the operational area of VTS;
• Provide information service, navigation assistance service or traffic organization service provided by the VTS to ships in the area;
• Operate equipment for communications, data collection, data analysis and establishment of a traffic.

Training is carried out by using VTS simulator.
