  • For who: The course is mandatory for all seafarers who will work on board of seagoing vessels executing any positions.

Preparing the crew of the ship to achieve optimal human relations on board, related to the preservation of human life.

Course requirements:

The course is mandatory for all seafarers who will work on board of seagoing vessels executing any positions.

The program was developed on the basis of the requirements of STCW Convention 78 as amended (Regulation VI/1 and Table A VI/1-4 of the STCW Convention, Directive 2008/106/ЕС and IMO Model course 1.21.

The present course can be conducted individually or in combination with Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Elementary First Aid and Personal Survival Techniques Courses required by Regulation VI/1 of STCW`78, as amended.

Requirements to participants:

  • age – minimum 16;
  • completed primary education.
