CCNA4: Accessing the WAN/Connecting Networks

The goals of CCNA4 Security are as follows:

  • Configure and use Frame Relay.
  • Configure HDLC and PPP Encapsulation and PAP / CHAP Authentication.
  • Provide SSH and HTTPS with access to communication equipment.
  • Work with SDM (Security Device Manager).
  • Configure a DHCP server in a router.
  • Configure static and dynamic NAT / PAT address translation.
  • Troubleshoot various LAN and WAN issues related to improper router configuration, switching.

Course requirements:

CCNA1, CCNA2, CCNA3 certificate
