On 22 January 2017, the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, USA, opened its Leadership Conference. The topic areas of the discussion-based forum for young people concern the fostering of team spirit. The organisers strive to guide the conference participants towards the mastery of skills for the use of the force of the initiative and organizational culture to “unleash the power of team spirit.”

The fifth-year cadet Trifon Terziev has departed from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy to take part in the conference. The knowledge and skills acquired during his participation are sure to come in handy in his future service as a naval officer.

The conference ends on 25 January 2017.
